Wanderers Chapter 11- Outdoor Roamance
She came back only to
find Pratap still waiting for her. But this time she was prepared for the duel.
She had dressed herself as a warrior. Her dress reminded him of his Baijilal. She
had locked her hair very well. She knew what would happen in the end.
After the union of
Mewar and Bhills, when Pratap got to know about the fact that it was his Ajabde
who had helped Mewar in befriending Bhills, he decided to see her skills.
“Ajabde baisa apko Kunwarsa
dangal mein bhulaya hai.”
“ Ji…dhanyawad”
“Kunwar Pratap ne hume
dangal kyu bhulaya??”
“Samajh nahi aa raha
hai…”
“Kya karan hoga”
“Kunwar Pratap…”
“Aap aa gayi??”
“Aayiye aayiye”
“Apne iss vakth kyu
bhulaya???”
“Kyu??”
“Hum apne patni se
milne aur kuch samay unke saath bhitane unhe nahi bhula sakte hai kya??”
“Magar subhe ki pooja
ke samy mein??”
“Ajab aap toh hamesha
kuch na kuch kaaran batati rehti hai…”
“Hume iss vishay mein
koi karan nahi chahiye…”
“Jald tyaar hokar
ayiye…hume apse talwar baazi karna hai”
“Humse??”
“Nahi…hume Baijilal se
karna hai”
“Parantu iss vakth??”
“Humne kaha na ki iss
vishay mein karan nahi chalega”
“Hukum hai humara”
“Jayiye apna dharm
nibhayiye”
“Ji”
She came dressed up as
Baijilal.
The duel began. Both
the swords clashed reflecting the owner’s skills, their personality. It was
only in the starting that there was a skills show round. Later when Ajabde’s
turban laid on the ground and her hair on her face, the tables turned and the
fight became romantic.
Pratap attacked few
times and she defended very well. Then Ajabde attacked and he too defended like
a professional. This was continuously going on till only when her mouth cover
was pulled by him.
Simultaneously her
turban too fell. Her long, shiny hair came flowing in the open air and on her
face. Still the fight continued. The attacks were defended. A fair duel was
taking place only until he kept moving forward without attacking towards her
and she kept moving backwards.
A pillar in the end
stopped her from moving and pinned her to the pillar. She was standing there
helpless while he had a wicked smile on his face. He kept his sward away and
took her sward from her and kept that sward too away.
He began his game and
played with her. He used his fingers and caressed her face and then took her
hand and made her caress his face. Their eyes locked in each other speaking
every bit of love words. Slowly he moved closer while she closed her eyes not
knowing what she had to do. He went so close that the heavy breath of hers was
heard. He heard her skipping her beats and also the flying butterflies.
He went so close that
there was no space to breathe. His body touched hers. He simply did not know
what to do and simply embraced her. She thanked god for this. It was an open
arena and she had not expected him to do all this here. She just freed herself
from him and went away. It was so unexpected.
Pratap did not
understand his emotions, they were so weird, heart longed for more but he did
not know what to do. He did not know why he did all this in the arena where she
had come to fight him not to do this. He felt so indifferent.
She came ready but this
time she had tied her hair nicely and the turban tightly so that if pulled also
the turban won’t fall off. She thought it was her hair which attracted him but she
was not sure.
Both began the fight
and duel went on and on only to an extent where a call from his ranimaa stopped
the fight. Ajabde went to change while Pratap went to meet her.
In Jaiwanta Bai’s
chamber,
“Pranam ranimaa…”
“Ayiye…”
“Apne bhulaya??”
“Haan…humne toh Ajabde
ko bhi bhulaya tha”
“Kaha hai veh??”
“Hume iss bare mein
gyaat nahi hai”
“Thik hai…aap hi unse
bata de”
“Ji”
“Pratap aap ab rana hai
aur veh apki rani aur pehle patni…humne dekha hai ki veh kaise unki muh boli
beheno ko kush karne ke liye aapse durr hone ki koshish karti hai…swayam ko bhi
kaam mein vyasth rakthi hai…hum toh bas chahte hai ki aap unke saath samay
bitaye kyu ki…pandit ji ka kehna hai ki unke kundali mein kuch aise grah aaye
hai ki veh
Pratap was mesmerized
by her doe shaped eyes and went and pinned her to the walls of his hut, near
the arena. Now they were in such a place where no one could see them. All
alone, they were, away from suspicious eyes.
