Wanderers Chapter 18- Finally The End

He goes while Ajabde gets busy in reading the letter.

Ajab yaha hume apki prateeksha hai…hume apki intezaar hai…hum apko yaha chahte hai…hume bahot yaad ati hai apki isliye aap jaldi yaha aa jayiye…aur haan ab se Shakti aate rahega…

Ajabde felt happy to hear that the war could be won but she still had doubts. She knew how strong Akbar’s army war. But she also knew her better half was Stronger than the whole army and stronger than Akbar. She was happy to hear that her sister-in-law was to be married to a good and royal family and that she would be safe.
Shakti reached the settlement and revealed that Ajabde is taking care of the two elder ladies very nicely. (A drama Ajabde and Pratap had played in front of all) Shakti privately told Pratap that Ajabde was healthy and gave him the letter. After nightfall he read her letter.
“Rana ji apko Pranam. Hum jante hai ki waha kuch aisa hai jis wajah se apne Shakti ko itne dino tak nahi beja.
Rana ji yaha batane ko kuch na hai…hum aur maa sab kushal hai. Pratap was relieved to hear that all were happy and fine there. But one thing haunted him; he was not there with his love during her happy times. Last time too he was away from home and this time she was away from home.
Months passed and letters exchanged. The day had arrived and Shakti had reached the palace of Bundi on the right moments.
The palace was empty. It was a festive night. All were in the festival while Ajabde was resting. All the maids were away. The royals stayed in their chambers resting. Sudden cry brought the queen to the room concerned. It was Ajabde’s. She was in labour waiting for somebody help.
The queen soon called her personal maids ordering to bring all the necessary. Few older maids gathered and helped Ajabde to deliver the baby. The baby was delivered but to their surprise still the baby bump was there. They realized that Ajabde wasn’t carrying one baby but two. They delivered second one also.
Ajabde was very exhausted giving birth to two babies and has gone unconscious. The baby was not shown to any one until she gained conscious. She saw the two and was very happy to know she had given birth to two babies and not one.
“Baisa apne do bache ko janm diya hai…”
“Ek putra aur ek putri…”
“Putra, putri se bada hai…”
“Apka dhanyawad”
“Baisa iski avashyakata nahi hai…”
Ajabde was so happy. She called Shakti.
“Shakti yeh lo tumhare banja aur banji”
“Bhabhisa yeh humare ghar ki pehli kanya hai…iska toh aana humare liye nae umeed honi chaiye…”
“Haan Shakti…”
“Bhabhisa abhi hum maa sa aur badi maa sa ko bej dete hai yaha aur hum jake dada bhai ko bata dete hai…”
“Thik hai…”
“Bhabhisa apko kuch kehna hai dada bhai se??”
“Unse keh dijiye ki hum bohot prasanna hai aur hum jante hai ki hum hi yeh yudh jeetenge”
“Ji bhabhisa…”

“Aagya chahte hai…”
